Location of BruneiMade official after the domestic autonomy recovered in 1959. Yellow represents the Sultan (the King of Brunei), and it is said that the white and black band represents Ministers. In the middle is a design of the national emblem. The emblem is composed of the flag, both hands symbolizing, the government's commitment to to actualize the wing "welfare, peace, prosperity" which will protect the canopy of the royal family "justice, peace of mind, prosperity, and peace", and the new moon which symbolizes National Islam. On the new moon is written the slogan "always serve under the the ways of god".
